We collect what you type into our quote forms: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your budget range if you choose to give one, and anything you write in the message box. We collect this only when you submit a form. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

We use your details to prepare a quote, to contact you about that quote, and to schedule and carry out work if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages and consent
The quote form has an optional checkbox for SMS. If you tick it, you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote and your booking. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. If you do not tick the box, we will not text you marketing messages.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what it needs to function. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy to say what they collect. Most browsers let you refuse cookies in their settings.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will delete them unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of email by asking us.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
