Service 01
We measure your rooflines, cut commercial-grade LED strands to fit them exactly, and install the whole display. If anything goes wrong during the season we come back out. After the holidays we take it all down and store it until next year.
Service 02
Commercial work needs a display that holds up for the whole season and an installer who will not put your own staff on a ladder. We design to your building, install outside your busiest hours, maintain it through December and remove it in January.
Service 03
Permanent lighting is installed a single time and stays on the house. We fit InvisiLights RGBW fixtures, which add a dedicated white channel on top of red, green and blue, so you get warm everyday white as well as colour. You set colours, scenes and schedules from the InvisiLights app. The rest of the year it works as accent and security lighting. No annual install, no take-down, no storage.

What Makes Us Different
Design, installation, repairs while the lights are up, removal in January and storage until next year. Most people call an installer and then discover take-down is a separate problem. It is not with us, it is part of the job.
We measure your rooflines and cut to fit them. That is the difference between a clean line along the whole run and a set that comes up short over the garage, which is what fixed-length store-bought lights do.
We use LED bulbs on every install because they run cool, draw less power and last. If something does fail during the season, an installer is out within 48 hours to fix it.

Our packages start at $997. The final price depends on the size of your rooflines, how much of the property you want lit and the design you choose. Tell us your budget on the quote form and we will design to it.
For seasonal Christmas lights: design, installation, maintenance for the whole season, removal after the holidays and storage until next year. Take-down and storage are not separate charges. Permanent lighting works differently, it is installed once and stays on the house, so there is nothing to remove or store.
In most cases we do not need the homeowner to be home during the install or the take-down. Sometimes we need access to the backyard or garage, and then we do need someone there.
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your installation date, and the date is not held until we have it. The other 50% is due on the day of installation.
Cancel at least 14 days before your installation date and your deposit is fully refunded. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, because the date, the crew and the preparation are already reserved for you. If you need to move the date, contact us as early as you can and we will fit you in wherever there is availability. If we have to reschedule you because of weather or unsafe conditions, your deposit carries over to the new date.
Yes, we only use LED bulbs on all of our installs. LED bulbs use less energy than incandescent bulbs, last longer and do not produce as much heat. That means a smaller energy bill, fewer replacements and a safer display.
Unfortunately not, because we cannot validate the quality of lights we did not supply and we cannot stand behind them. The one exception is lights we installed for you previously, which we will happily put back up.
You own them. We sell you the lights rather than leasing them to you every season, so the products you buy through us are yours. We install them, then come back after the holidays to take them down and store them for the following year.
We install InvisiLights. It is an RGBW system, so alongside red, green and blue it has a dedicated white channel, which gives you a proper warm white for everyday use rather than a colour approximating white. You control it from the InvisiLights app, which comes with 73 presets and lets you set your own colours, scenes and schedules.
After the holiday season. The exact timing depends on scheduling, our routes, the weather and crew availability, so we cannot promise a specific date unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
